അച്യുതാനംത ഗോവിംദ വിഷ്ണോ നാരായണാഽമൃത
രോഗാന്മേ നാശയാഽശേഷാനാശു ധന്വംതരേ ഹരേ ।
ആരോഗ്യം ദീര്ഘമായുഷ്യം ബലം തേജോ ധിയം ശ്രിയം
സ്വഭക്തേഭ്യോഽനുഗൃഹ്ണംതം വംദേ ധന്വംതരിം ഹരിമ് ॥
ശംഖം ചക്രം ജലൌകാം ദധദമൃതഘടം ചാരുദോര്ഭിശ്ചതുര്ഭിഃ ।
