Skandopanishad is a spiritual text that is part of Krishna Yuajurveda. It teaches that Lord Skanda (Subrahmanya) is not just a warrior god but the one supreme reality (Brahman) behind everything. It says that Skanda is the same as Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva, and that remembering him even for a moment can remove sins, worries, and difficulties. The Upanishad also says that meditating on Skanda early in the morning brings peace, good health, and spiritual growth.
